The Coaxial Differential Dispersion technology e mployed in the CDD15 delivers more consistent audience coverage than syste ms wit h fixe d X° x Y° coverage patter ns — projecti ng relatively more output to the rear of the audience, while having wide horizontal coverage close-up. Its innovative C D D driver achieves‘pointsource’summationoftheLFandHFsections — eli minating off-axis variationsinfrequencyresponse associated wit h no n-coaxial desig ns. I m provi ng o n co nve ntio nal coaxial designs, which can suffer fro m high-frequency bea ming, the driver features a static waveguide that merges sea mlessly with the unique cone shape — maintaining the dispersion pattern out to very high frequencies.

The visually-distinctive composite enclosure can be usedin eit her horizo ntal (la n dsca pe) or vertical ( portrait) orie ntatio n, with rotation of the driver easily acco mplished by re moving the screw-free, protective grille. The CDD15 can be suspended by eye bolts or by mea ns of a n o ptio nal horizo ntal yoke.
Finishedin black(RAL9005) or white(RAL9016) as standard, theCDD15canbesuppliedinanyRALcolourtoorder.
Afull-range, passivetwo-waysyste m,the CDD15should be used with a co mpatible controller with appropriateli miter settingsto provi de syste m protectio n.
When used withthe DX4.0 controller or an iKONamplifier, therearenowenhancedDSPandFIRbasedpre-setstodeliver the absolute maxi mu m perfor mance and fidelity while li miter settings protecttheintegrity ofthe syste m.
