The CDD10 is a very co mpact two-way passive loudspeaker syste m which utilises a 10” (250 m m) LF/1” (25 m m) exit HF Coaxial Differential Dispersion driver. It is uniquely placed to meet the foreground require ments of music bars and clubs, as well asthe varied architectural applicationsthatrequire upfront soundlevelsfro m a very co mpact enclosure. Use with a SX118 or SX218 subwoofer will enablethe CDD10to operate as s mall dancefloor syste mthatisre markably powerfulforits size.
The Coaxial Differential Dispersion technology e mployed in the CDD10 delivers more consistent audience coverage than syste ms with fixed X° x Y° coverage patterns — projecting relatively more outputtotherear ofthe audience, while having wide horizontal coverage close-up. Its innovative C D D driver achieves‘point source’ su m mation ofthe LF and HF sections — eliminatingoff-axisvariationsinfrequencyresponseassociated wit h no n-coaxial desig ns. I m provi ng o n co nve ntio nal coaxial designs, which can suffer fro m high-frequency bea ming, the driver features a static waveguide that merges sea mlessly with the unique cone shape — maintaining the dispersion pattern out to very high frequencies.

The visually-distinctive co mposite enclosure can be used in eit her horizo ntal (la n dsca pe) or vertical ( portrait) orie ntatio n, with rotation of the driver easily acco mplished by re moving the screw-free, protective grille. The curved shape of the CDD10 allo ws it to be surface- mounted close to a wall via an optional wall bracket or suspended fro m a ceiling by eyebolts or a horizo ntal yoke o ptio n.
Finishedin black(RAL9005) or white(RAL9016) as standard, theCDD10canbesuppliedinanyRALcolourtoorder.
Afull-range, passivetwo-waysyste m,the CDD10should be used with a co mpatible controller with appropriateli miter settingsto provi de syste m protectio n.
When used withthe DX4.0 controller or aniKON amplifier, there are now enhanced DSP and FIR based pre-setsto deliver the absolute maxi mu m perfor mance and fidelity while li miter settings protecttheintegrity ofthe syste m.
